Welcome to East Gate Mobile Home Park, located in Ephrata, PA a borough in Lancaster County. Founded in 1732, Ephrata was historically known as ‘a pleasure resort and agricultural community’. East Gate is a small community consisting of 72 residents. The community is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. East Gate is in the Ephrata Area School District. This includes the Akron Elementary, Highland Elementary, Clay Elementary, Fulton Elementary, Ephrata Middle and Ephrata High School.
East Gate is 44 miles east of Harrisburg and about 65 miles west northwest of Philadelphia. It’s so close to many locations including its many Parks, Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley and the Green Dragon Market.
